Vazro Surix's Quarters Empty
PostSubject: Vazro Surix's Quarters   Vazro Surix's Quarters Icon_minitimeSun Jun 28, 2009 8:56 pm

Walking away from the main area of the Jedi Temple, Vazro walked towards his room and entered the small yet spacious area. It was lightly furnished with a bed, a sdouble coach, and a table with a chair. It had a counter and stove and a refrigerator that could hold more then it looked like. The shelfs were lined with all sorts of ingredients. Other then that Vazro had some clothes, some amenities, a shower, some etertainment suchas a holagram projector for programs, movies, and interactive games.

Seeing the young padawan Nilini following him, Vazro sat down on his bed, letting Nilini pick where else she wanted to sit. He didn't know what exactly he would be making her, something with meat most likely. He sat there waited for her to get settled, from what he knew from their time so far she would get impatient in a few seconds and ask What now!!!!!.

Nilini bounced into the room, looking around with wide interested eyes. Still skipping, she made her way over to the couch before settling down on one of the plump cushions. Kicking her legs back and forth, Nilini brought her hands up and set her elbows on her thighs, crossing her fingers before resting her chin on her hands and looking over at Vazro. And then... She waited. Idly glancing around the room and taking in the other bits of furniture and the odd bits and pieces.

Unwilling to break the silence, because it was somewhat enjoyable to act seriously, Nilini turned her attention back to the other Jedi-person. She stared at him, blue eyes wide and innocent as she waited to see how long he would keep quiet.

So its a silence contest aye. Vazro thought this was humorous so he kept on doing it, all the while he began cooking smoked nerf, it was basically like cooking some bison, it was Corellian and it was good. Actualy Vazro had decided that he would cook all Corellian tonight, He began taking out some Corellian ale and starting making potato pie. He knew eventually Nilini would get curious enough as to what he was making so he was not going to be the first to talk.

He then began taking out some flour and sugar he didn't know if Togruntans liked dessert, but even if they didn't that woul just more to Vazro. The heat of the kitchen began to get to him so he took off hi outer Jedi robe and began preheatinf the oven. He was going to make aircake, a dish that was also Corellian, this dish was noted for its soft texture like air, Taking out some choclate and some nuts to blance he softness of the cake Vazro was ready to make a great meal.

Nilini frowned ever so slightly, quickly vanishing her show of consternation. Well then... He was playing back? That was fine, she could be stubborn. Togruntas were known for that actually. Kicking her feet back and forth a bit faster, she let her hands fall into her lap and swiveled to watch the other man gather together ingredients to cook.

Cocking her head to the side, she followed his every motion carefully. She had never really learned how to cook. She could take some meat and cook it over a fire yeah, and she knew which plants were edible on her home planet Shili, but past that... Well, that's what her mother had been there for right? Nilini's job was to hunt, and she had. Although now she wished she had paid more attention to her mother's cooking, perhaps then she could make heads or tails out of whatever it was Vazro was doing.

Too stubborn by far to actually ask him, Nilini twisted so that she could watch him mix together some other ingredients. He had to talk when everything was ready, didn't he? Convinced that she would win this contest in the end, she smiled happily and continued watching trying to decipher exactly how he was doing things.

Vazro kept on cooking, So she is really going to keep this up, well I am a Jedi and I can be silent as long as I, screw it. Do you want nuts on your cake when its done? Vazro asked getting his Corelian food ready, putting plates and glasses on the table. He pured the ale in the glasses, though Nilini was a kid he thought she could handle the booze. Before sitting down for the meal, Vazro looked at his work and was proud, [i]Now lets see Nilini eat that and not be suprised at its awesoome savouriness.
